Hey friends. Day 9 of covid. I didnt have a fever the entire time until today, i have a low grade one and a massive headache. What can I do for it? I just want to go to bed but that's near impossible with 6 kids.

Im on day 4 of covid. So far its been pretty mild. But i feel like my body is on fire but i dont have a fever. How can i help that? I dont have a working nebulizer.
