• Over 19,000 ballots in Arizona's Maricopa County in the 2020 elections were counted despite having been received after the deadline to be considered [making the votes illegal and discountable].

    A volunteer group called Verity Vote obtained additional documents appearing to show after-deadline ballots were counted.

    The Nov. 4 Receipt of Delivery shows 18,000 ballots were picked up from the Post Office, the day after the Nov. 3 election.

    Though the document is dated Nov. 4, one day after the election, someone wrote at the top "Election Day" in what looks like different handwriting from the rest of the page, the Epoch Times also reports.

    The county also documents receiving 1,000 ballots on Nov. 5 and 1,500 ballots on Nov. 6. Combined with the 18,000 ballots found on Nov. 4, the total documented late ballots were 20,500, according to the news outlet.

    In Arizona, the law requires that ballots be received by the county by 7 p.m. on Election Day. However, the county's "Early Voting Rejections Summary" shows it rejected just 934 late ballots of the more than 20,000 that were transported from the U.S. Postal Service after Election Day

    Over 20 million voters have viewed the documentary

    The poll analysis said “Nineteen percent (19%) of Republicans, 14% of Democrats and 11% of voters not affiliated with either major party report having watched 2000 Mules. Awareness of the new documentary is much more widespread, with 41% of voters saying they’ve heard about 2000 Mules. That includes 50% of Republicans, 36% of Democrats and 38% of unaffiliated voters.”

    That works out to over 15% of the nearly 160 million who voted in 2020.

    Axios;
    March 27th, 2022;

    The network, operating under the name Real Voices Media, uses apolitical, nonideological content to build up audiences. It then leverages the crowd on behalf of clients in what experts say is a potent persuasion strategy.

    Example: Facebook and Instagram users in Michigan started seeing ads last month promoting stories by a new news site, the Main Street Sentinel. The aggregated content — from both news sources and the White House itself — touched on skyrocketing gas prices and broader price inflation, blaming corporate price gouging and Russia's invasion of Ukraine and mirroring lines from the Biden administration.

    It's not clear who's behind the site. Its listed publisher, Star Spangled Media LLC, was formed last month in New York and lists a registered agent service as its only officer.

    RVM oversees the digital properties under its umbrella. But their front-facing content is produced by creators recruited and trained to originally build social media followings focused on specific states and topics.

    During the 2020 cycle, influence among nonpolitical obsessives was used to serve voter registration and turnout ads in key swing states through a host of RVM pages.

    Last week, the Arizona State Legislature passed legislation that would require citizens to provide proof of citizenship before voting in the state.

    House Bill 2492 would require Arizona voters to provide citizenship on voter registration documents.

    On March 23, 2022, the State Senate passed HB 2492 by a 16 to 12 vote.

    The Arizona State House has already passed this bill by a vote of 31 to 26. Under this bill, the county recorder or any other officer tasked with running elections must discard any application for voter registration that does not have sufficient proof of citizenship.

    “On January 28th, an open letter was sent to Rep. Steineke, Chair of the Assembly Rules Committee, requesting qualified data supporting his assertion that my proposed resolution, AJR120, is ‘illegal’ and ‘unconstitutional’. I sought feedback by end-of-day February 2nd, which arrived via inter-office memo that day containing a hardcopy of the original Legislative Council memo from November, 2021”.

    “My purpose in asking was for him to review the four Constitutional attorney and three Constitutional expert memos I had provided him, all of whom were presented with the same original Legislative Council memo that all seven had refuted. In short, it appears Rep. Steineke did not do anything. This lack of action is the fuel of continued push for truth and transparency”.
    “Now that AJR120 is in the Rules Committee, I included the recommendation that Chair Steineke call for a public and/or informational hearing to obtain testimony from all legal parties involved. This action is the best and only due process manner in which to resolve where we are as a state and a nation regarding this unprecedented and historic issue”.

  • Tina Peters is the election worker in Colorado who backed up the voting machines in her county when the [...] Soros-backed Secretary of State demanded that all voting machines be altered in a manner that erased election data (which is against the law). Ms. Peters was attacked for her actions.

    Ms. Peters recently sent a report to the state of Colorado with the results from an investigation into the Dominion voting machines used in her state in the 2020 Election. The report is damning. It shows that the county’s voting machines were illegally certified and illegally configured in the 2020 Election. The report lists a number of significant issues in the executive summary of the report.

    [The delivered report is dated as February 28th, 2022]

    • Uncertified software was installed rendering the voting system unlawful for use in elections;

    • Did not meet State VSS requirements and therefore could not have been lawfully used;

    • Systematic deletion of election records;

    • Special code that provides for deletion and insulation from audits;

    • Allows for changes in calculated vote totals in violation of State law;

    • Mandatory by State-law "System Auditability" required features were disabled;

    • Configured with 36 wireless internally;

    • Is so configured that, any international computer may connect to the Election Management System server;

    • Uses only Windows password with generic userIDs;

    • Shared user accounts and passwords that violate State VSS laws for accountability and traceability;

    • Uses a self-signed encryption certificate which exposes the system to undetected compromise or alternation;

  • "Arizona Republicans Look To Repeal Language In Bill Changing Precinct Committeemen Election Rules"

    by Conradson, Jordan;
    March 7th, 2022;
    The Gateway Pundit;

    Arizona lawmakers voted unanimously to pass an “emergency bill” radically altering how the precinct committeemen will be selected in the state.

    RINO Arizona House Speaker Rusty Bowers sponsored this bill after President Trump highlighted the importance of enlisting America First Patriots to all local precinct committeeman positions.

    The bill gives county supervisors and parties the authority to appoint PCs instead of precinct members.

    GOP Grassroots Co-Chair Tyler Bowyer called on GOP legislators to repeal the section that allows this.

    """
    The state legislature needs to repeal section four from the emergency legislation that was passed. This is the solution that benefits all political parties that did not get consulted.
    """

    The Arizona GOP is calling on grassroots members to call and urge lawmakers to correct this language immediately.

    """
    The grassroots DEMANDS the state legislature repeal #HB2839 TODAY!
    Call your representatives NOW
    — Republican Party of Arizona (@AZGOP)
    """

    Arizona State Representative Jake Hoffman released the following statement over the weekend.

    """
    Hoffman: I spent most of the day yesterday working on how to resolve the issue with HB2893 and the insane provision to strip PCs of their elected status and totally circumvent the PC elections.

    This provision was snuck into the bill unbeknownst to most members. We were told that the Party supported the bill, which has proven to be false and that this was intended to fix the utter mess Katie Hobbs has made of our election procedures for 2022.

    More concerning, this provision was seemingly intentionally hidden in the legislation. New provisions are supposed to be in BLUE CAPITAL LETTERS. Deletions are supposed to be in red. Current law is supposed to be in black normal case letters, yet this NEW provision was hidden in black normal case. This is standard practice for all legislation! Was this change in standard practice done intentionally in order to hide the provision from those of us that actually read the bills?

    I am working on a full repeal of the language in HB2893 relating to PCs.

    I am also working to get to the bottom of where this language came from. I have heard rumors that it was a done at the request of AACO, but have not been able to confirm for sure if that is the genesis of it.

    I stand with the PCs!

    We must have PC elections in 2022!

  • [The following are excerpts. Please read the full report.]
    On January 6, 2021, Georgia Secretary of State (SOS) Brad Raffensperger wrote to Georgia Congressional members, Vice President Pence and leaders in U. S. Senate and House claiming that false allegations about the November 3, 2020 General Election in Georgia were being made by “the President and his allies”. The contents of his letter dramatically contradicted findings by the Georgia General Assembly based on extensive first-hand testimony from three hearings:

    • December 3 – Senate Judiciary Sub-Committee
    • December 10 – House Government Affair Committee
    • December 30 - Senate Judiciary Sub Committee

    During the past year, more extensive evidence about 2020 election fraud, errors and irregularities have become readily available. The availability of this new information is attributable, in part, to:

    • Additional legal evidence that has been made available through court cases;
    • The General Assembly’s passage of a new law to make ballot images public;
    • Georgia Open Records Requests that have either been fulfilled or denied;
    • Extensive independent research that has been conducted into the election;

    The Secretary of State completely ignored all evidence collected by the Georgia General Assembly in writing his January 6 letter. This rather blatant deception and the arguments contained in this report should come as no surprise considering an August, 2019 U.S. District Court order in the Curling v. Raffensperger case found the SOS office as “not credible”. The office repeatedly misled and deceived the court as clearly and meticulously explained in two scathing orders totaling 300 pages from Judge Amy Totenberg.

    In summary, this document provides 42 counterpoints with about 44 instances of references refuting 42ofGeorgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger’s statements in his 10-page January 6th letter to Congress. The counterpoints include electronically linked references to help the reader determine the actual truth about the November 2020 Georgia General election.

  • The GOP-led Virginia House of Delegates has passed seven election-reform bills this week, including one that will require photo ID to vote and another to shorten the commonwealth's early voting period.

    The measure would cut early voting from a month and a half to two weeks, and another, if passed, would require voters to submit absentee ballot requests for each election.

    Other election bills shored up absentee-voting practices and included measures that will require ballots to be received by Election Day. To be counted, such ballots would have to include a voters' date of birth and the last four digits of their social security number.

    The GOP-led Virginia House of Delegates has passed seven election-reform bills this week, including one that will require photo ID to vote and another to shorten the commonwealth's early voting period. The bills now go to the state Senate, which is narrowly controlled by Democrats. https://bit.ly/3uZ26GL #electionIntegrity #election2022 #election2024 #virginia
