Here is a video that I have had for awhile. It describes an app built in the UK. This is a vaccine passport app. When originally designed, it only showed that the person had received the vaccine. However, the app was "updated" to hold various things up to and including actions the person was accused to have taken.
In my opinion, this has considerable significance in the discussion currently going on with regard to the digital driver's license in Utah. While it is "only" a driver's license now, what would it take to "update" the driver's license app. While it may not seem so on the surface; I believe it is a step on the road to setting up a "social score system" app.
