We do not need to agree on everything but we should not share divisive things. We do not have to agree on everything in order to be united. We can have different opinions and still be united.

Talking and disagreeing is united.
Disagreeing and not talking is divided.

I am trying to get us to talk. We need to be willing to see our bias and then avoid that bias long enough to hear the other side's view.
