State of Grace Living is a prototype, regenerative community of the future. To build “bridges” from where we are to where we need to be in order to create a new regenerative reality. An institute for research and dissemination of vital skills.
This project proposes the creation of a real, living community with the following three areas of focus:

The center focus is the Regenerative Arts and Ecologies Institute (including a Permaculture Research Institute). We emphasize Regenerative Agriculture, Holistic Health, and the incubation of Regenerative Businesses (Regencubator). As we endeavor to find a balanced and healthy way of living within the ecosystems of our home planet, our own higher nature, and benefits to mankind, in addressing the eminent needs of our present and future.
The Hospitality Center encompasses a second ring, adding effectiveness to the vision and mission of the Institute as people are drawn to study in residence, or just enjoy the holistic environment of the Center for hosting conferences, workshops, and retreats, whose purpose is the enrichment of human and global potential.
The third circle is our Prototype Community, a vital living space for those who work and provide for the needs of the inner circles, and people who have interests in and skills for enhancing the health, well-being and joyful living of a more natural and balanced lifestyle.
