  • Oh, how I long for truth in an age of lies and deceit!

"And righteousness and truth will I cause to sweep the earth as with a flood, to gather out mine own elect from the four quarters of the earth, unto a place which I shall prepare; an holy city, that my people may gird up their loins, and be looking forth for the time of my coming; for there shall be my tabernacle, and it shall be called Zion; a New Jerusalem."
Genesis 7:70, 'Inspired Version' of the Bible
    Moses 7:62, PoGP

  • I share this not because I believe that President Donald Trump is our Savior, but because I believe in the utmost importance of election integrity. If our voice and our vote doesn't matter, we're no better than the subjects of a king whose voice is the only one that matters.

  • A telegram post from Eric Moutsos:

As Christians, until we realize it's you and I who needs the daily healing, nothing will work. Until we see in ourselves that we are the broken sinners and hypocrites, we can't actually progress. We are the lame, we are the blind, deaf and brokenhearted. All of us. Every story is symbolic of each one of us at any given time.

Those who believe the "higher" they get in social or church calling/standing (in any denomination) they are now the most "worthy", that's when it gets scary.
They are the people Jesus DIDN'T hang out with. In fact, that's who He called out multiple times. Those who believed going through motions will get them to heaven.

It's somewhat ironic, but I actually believe the closer we get to God (Light), will only show more stains on our souls, not less. We think coming to God in the flesh will make us more worthy in our minds, but like the young rich ruler, Jesus will give us customized challenges.

Therefore, repentance is a daily thing, not just once a week. The further we get from Christ, the less we believe we need Him. Repenting more means the real gospel is actually working. And each time we go back to God for further instructions, the more light he will shed on our stained imperfect souls.

And last.. until we realize that we EACH need to take a smaller similar path Jesus walked, we won't understand what it means to sometimes walk alone. As Jesus came closer to the Father, the smaller His circle became. Most left Him. So it is with you and I. He wants us each to go through dark gardens to finally pick up our own crosses to follow Him to give up ourselves completely.

Ella Wheeler Wilcox said it perfectly...

"All those who journey soon or late,
    Must pass within the garden's gate ;
Must kneel alone in darkness there,
And battle with some fierce despair.
God pity those who cannot say :
“Not mine, but thine;” who only pray,
“Let this cup pass;” and cannot see
    The purpose in Gethsemane.
    Gethsemane, Gethsemane,
    God help us through Gethsemane."

He is the way, the truth, and the life.
